❖ The rental period shall begin on [ Tues or Thurs ] and end on [ Mon-Wed]
❖ Trailer must be returned during business hours unless arrangements are made with the dealer. Any extension must be agreed upon by both parties. If the trailer is not returned to the dealer on an agreed upon date by 12 noon, there will be a late fee of 50% of total rental applied as a late fee.
❖ Pick up between 1PM - 4 PM & return between 9AM-12PM PM (Drop-off needs to be completed with a JOHNSON’S RV staff member to inspect RV upon return). Should the RV rental be returned after 12 PM, a charge of 50% RENTAL FEE will be applied.
❖ MUST NOT GO ON ROOF FOR ANY REASON
❖ We require a valid credit card and a $500.00 refundable( UP TO 2 WEEKS) deposit to book. The remaining rental amount and an additional $500.00 damage deposit are collected once the trailer is delivered.
❖ CLEANING: We require that the rental be returned in the same condition as it was received. Clean and undamaged. Damage is the sole responsibility of the renter. Clean all countertops, sinks, appliances, shower/tub and toilet, leaving everything in a hygienic and waste-free state. Black and gray tanks must also be dumped. It is agreed that if the rental is returned in poor condition, a cleaning fee ($250.00 + tax) will apply.
